This video shows the exhaust fans in the master bedroom and the small bathroom of NPA 1902 while they are running, so that the noise can be heard.
Exhaust fans that are 10 to 15 years old and make considerable noise most often suffer from dust buildup, a dry or worn motor bearing, a loose fan wheel, or vibration from loose mounting or ductwork. The practical fix is usually cleaning and tightening first. If the motor is still unusually noisy, replacement is generally more economical and reliable than repairing an old unit.
The video simply records the sound of the fans. I have not had the cause diagnosed.
